Our incubator came about as a desire to help make a difference within  the community. As we furthered our desire to help minority businesses to network, we realized the lack of minority businesses within the community, as well as opportunities to be in business. We wanted to help minorities to realize the vision of becoming an entrepreneur. With the needed skills to be successful.

We decided collectively to create a organization where that those valuable resources would be available to learn or grow more minority businesses. We research the areas of need and collaborate with other businesses to help bring a variety of knowledge, education and skills to our youth, young adults, and any other minority that has a desire to become an entrepreneur or educate themselves further.

We are proud to call this effort the Central California Minority Business Incubator, Inc. and we thank everyone that is supportive of our efforts to help our community become more self sufficient and able to compete and network for the empowerment of minorities overall.
