We have developed a strategy with the support of local business, financial institutions, and local government how to educate our youth and minority members within the community. We provide training at entry level positions, financial literacy, and specific areas of interest to our participants and business affiliates.
We actively include our participants to help with the development of their community and create educational opportunities to improve their surroundings and living environment.
We stress the importance of family values and discuss career paths. These areas of discussion and involvement range from gang prevention, life skills, and abstinence from drugs. The career areas range from career goals, computer literacy, certification within the state, mentor ship programs, sales, marketing, and business management. Incorporating financial literacy in every entry level training to help stress the importance of knowing how to plan for the future. Our training will expand as we grow within the community.
Our overall goal is to lessen juvenile delinquency and improve our community throughout Central California. To prevent further deterioration of the neighborhood and look for positive ways to improve, while including our youth in the process. Creating more opportunities for minority business and helping to eliminate prejudice and discrimination. Learning to make responsible choices and taking part to build our community for the empowerment of all minorities.
